User Services Agreement

This application (hereinafter referred to as "RUP Financing" or "we") provides services to platform members (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users") in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the platform.

RUP Financing strongly advises you to carefully read and fully understand this User Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), especially the provisions that limit or exempt RUP Financing’s liability. By registering or using the services provided under this Agreement, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all its terms. If you do not accept any of these terms, you must refrain from using the services.

1: User Eligibility

1.1 The services provided by RUP Financing are intended for individuals, businesses, and other legally recognized entities in compliance with applicable laws.
1.2 RUP Financing services are not available to individuals under the age of 18 or to users whose accounts have been temporarily or permanently suspended.
1.3 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the services.

2: User Account and Password Management

2.1 Your RUP Financing account is for personal use only and must not be transferred or sold to any third party.
2.2 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. Any losses arising from unauthorized use will be your responsibility.

3: Services and Service Fees

3.1 Services

3.1.1 RUP Financing provides users with information publishing services. The information and materials offered are for reference only. Users are responsible for making independent decisions based on their own judgment. Any risks arising from such decisions are solely borne by the user, and the platform assumes no liability for disputes or losses.

3.1.2 RUP Financing serves as an information platform connecting borrowers (users) and lenders (fund providers). The platform does not control the quality, legality, or security of transactions, nor does it verify the accuracy of the information provided. Users must exercise their own discretion in evaluating the authenticity and legality of services and related information.

3.1.3 Users submitting loan requests and fund providers reviewing these requests must conduct their transactions independently. RUP Financing bears no responsibility for disputes arising from unverified or inaccurate information.

3.1.4 The platform reserves the right to modify or expand its services, provided such changes comply with applicable laws.

3.2 Service Fees

3.2.1 Basic services on RUP Financing are free for registered users. Additional value-added services may incur charges, details of which will be provided in the fee schedule available on RUP Financing.
3.2.2 The platform may adjust fees as required by law, with prior notice issued at least seven (7) days before implementation.
3.2.3 Users may incur fees for services like deposits and withdrawals via third-party entities such as banks or payment gateways. Refer to the relevant announcements for details.
3.2.4 Internet traffic and communication fees incurred while using RUP Financing services will be charged by your respective network provider.

4: User Information

4.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep their information updated. If inaccurate or incomplete details are provided, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
4.2 RUP Financing is not liable for the accuracy or authenticity of information provided by users. Any risks associated with relying on such information are borne by the user.

5: User Rights and Obligations

5.1 Users have the right to access RUP Financing using their registered username and password. These credentials must not be shared or transferred to others.
5.2 Users may access platform features, submit financial information, and participate in activities as outlined by the platform.
5.3 Users agree to abide by platform rules and accept communications from RUP Financing or its partners.
5.4 Users must not engage in unlawful or unethical activities, including but not limited to publishing offensive, violent, or obscene content.
5.5 Users are prohibited from maliciously manipulating ratings or reviews on the platform.

6: RUP Financing Rights and Obligations

6.1 RUP Financing reserves the right to offer value-added services and may delegate these services to third parties.
6.2 The platform is committed to maintaining its systems and addressing user feedback promptly.
6.3 RUP Financing may delete content or terminate services for users who engage in misconduct without prior notice.

7: Information and Privacy Policy

7.1 Users must provide and update personal information, including name, contact details, and identification numbers. RUP Financing employs advanced technology and management practices to safeguard user privacy.
7.2 RUP Financing does not verify the authenticity of user-provided information and is not liable for issues arising from false or incomplete information.

8: Disclaimer

8.1 RUP Financing does not mediate transactions between users or financial institutions.
8.2 Users are solely responsible for the content they post and any related actions.
8.3 RUP Financing does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of its services.

9: Service Interruptions

RUP Financing is not liable for service disruptions caused by:

• System maintenance or technical failures.
• External factors such as natural disasters, wars, or network issues.

10: Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on RUP Financing, including text, images, and layouts, is owned by RUP Financing or its licensors.
10.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of RUP Financing content is prohibited.
10.3 Users are responsible for respecting intellectual property rights and are liable for any violations.

11: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines.
11.2 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, submitted to the courts in Metro Manila.
11.3 The headings in this Agreement are for reference only and do not affect its interpretation.

RUP Financing reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Agreement.
